Ctrl + Alt + Food + Shift (material)

Food companies face the challenge of looking for alternative, sustainable raw materials to process them into sustainable and nutritious food products. However, R&D capacity, lab capacity and pilot infrastructure are low or absent. This project removes the infrastructural barriers at companies through the realization of state-of-the-art lab and pilot infrastructure that is available to the food sector through the expansion of lab and pilot infrastructure in Lipid Lab in Kortrijk and Food Innovation Park (FIP) in Roeselare.
