The main objective of the proposal is to develop innovative and efficient processes for cultivation and extraction of microalgae biomass, with a view to improving the environmental sustainability of the production of enhanced compounds and in particular for the development of food supplements and food for fish farming, The project will consider a catabolic approach for the efficient and selective extraction of bioactive lipids from selected microalgae species, focusing on innovative extraction processes to reduce the environmental impact of toxic solvents, Great attention will be paid to the …
