The aim of the project.Academy SME Manager Subregion 3 is to increase the availability of development services for SMEs from Macroregion 3 voivodships: SMEs (i.e. owners of SMEs, employees of SMEs employed in the management position, employees of SMEs against whom the owners have plans for promotion to managerial position) in around 01.11.2018-31.07.2022.The agreement is directed to the management staff and the employees planned to take up the management position (OP). Thematic Objective 8 supports sustainable and quality employment — youth-employment initiatives, active labour-market policies, self-employment incentives, modernisation of public-employment services.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €3.2M toward a total project cost of €3.8M — a co-funding rate of 83%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
