The project The Academy of Innovation Managers (AMI) provides for the preparation of two comprehensive training and advisory programmes dedicated to managers of the SME sector and middle-level managers of large companies.The need for the Academy results directly from the Strategy for Responsible Development and is an instrument of long-term government policy. Thematic Objective 8 supports sustainable and quality employment — youth-employment initiatives, active labour-market policies, self-employment incentives, modernisation of public-employment services.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €3.4M toward a total project cost of €4.2M — a co-funding rate of 82%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
