Researchers’ Night as event in 2010 is organised in the Republic of Macedonia for third time. The main objective of this year’s project consists of enhancing researchers' public recognition through increased visibility. Therefore, a varied programme of activities will take place in not less than 10 Macedonian cities, i.e. Skopje, Bitola, Tetovo, Stip, Ohrid, Kicevo, Gostivar, Veles, Prilep, and Strumica, and will provide unique opportunities to the Macedonian public to interact and have fun with researchers.The concept of the event is considered to attract all age groups and provides mix of a…
About Seventh Framework Programme (2007–2013)
The Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) ran from 2007 to 2013 and was the EU's main research-funding instrument of that period. It mobilised roughly €50 billion across cooperation projects, ERC frontier grants, Marie Curie fellowships, capacity-building actions and Euratom research. FP7 closed to new calls in 2013 but its projects continued for years after under their original grant agreements.
Co-funding: the European Union contributes €17k toward a total project budget of €23k — a funding rate of 74%, with the remainder covered by the consortium partners. The project runs over approximately 0.6 years from 2010-06-01 to 2010-12-31.
