MONETAXESS Set-up a EURAXESS Services Network in Moldova

The involvement in the European EURAXESS Services network is a new opportunity for the Republic of Moldova (RM); this follows the association of RM to the FP7. The Centre of International Projects (CIP) of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova (ASM) was nominated as EURAXESS BHO, we started to develop the basis for EURAXESS within the EURAXESS TOP II project, as of October 2012. Within this project CIP became familiar with requirements and rules of EURAXESS activities and services, created the specific domain: “euraxess.md”, in order to develop the National Portal and determined the target group…
About Seventh Framework Programme (2007–2013)
The Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) ran from 2007 to 2013 and was the EU's main research-funding instrument of that period. It mobilised roughly €50 billion across cooperation projects, ERC frontier grants, Marie Curie fellowships, capacity-building actions and Euratom research. FP7 closed to new calls in 2013 but its projects continued for years after under their original grant agreements.
Co-funding: the European Union contributes €200k toward a total project budget of €227k — a funding rate of 88%, with the remainder covered by the consortium partners. The project runs over approximately 2.5 years from 2013-10-01 to 2016-03-31.
