At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2010, Czechia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 7.5% compared to 2009, reaching 14.3%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 21.1%.

Czechia ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 18.8% (from 17.6% in 2005).
