Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2018, Czechia's main indicators increased by 2.3% compared to 2017, reaching 15.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 19.1%.

Czechia ranks 18th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.7% (from 13.9% in 2013).
