Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2023, Czechia's main indicators decreased by 9.4% compared to 2022, reaching 5.7%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 11.0%.

Czechia ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 13.8% (from 6.6% in 2018).
