At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2021, Denmark's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 5.8% compared to 2020, reaching 12.8%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 17.5%.

Denmark ranks 23rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 7.6% (from 11.9% in 2016).
