At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2010, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 12.0% compared to 2009, reaching 15.4%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 15.7%.

Estonia ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 11.5% (from 17.4% in 2005).
