At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2011, Finland's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 2.9% compared to 2010, reaching 14.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 17.6%.

Finland ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.4% (from 13.1% in 2006).
