At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2010, Finland's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 6.1% compared to 2009, reaching 13.8%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 17.1%.

Finland ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 7.8% (from 12.8% in 2005).
