In 2021, Finland's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 13.2% compared to 2020, reaching 10.5%.
The figure is below the EU-27 average of 17.5%.
Finland ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.
Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 9.5% (from 11.6% in 2016).
