Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2020, Finland's main indicators increased by 4.2% compared to 2019, reaching 39.6%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 37.4%.

Finland ranks 10th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 22.8% (from 32.2% in 2015).
