At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2015, Germany's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 0.0% compared to 2014, reaching 17.4%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 17.8%.

Germany ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 6.1% (from 16.4% in 2010).
