At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2011, Greece's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 3.0% compared to 2010, reaching 23.7%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 21.1%.

Greece ranks 7th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.9% (from 22.6% in 2006).
