At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2009, Greece's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 2.4% compared to 2008, reaching 20.2%.

Greece ranks 7th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 3.8% (from 21.0% in 2004).
