At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2009, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 1.8% compared to 2008, reaching 21.6%.

Estonia ranks 4th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.8% (from 20.8% in 2004).
