At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2025, Greece's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 3.7% compared to 2024, reaching 18.2%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 15.5%.

Greece ranks 5th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.0% (from 17.5% in 2020).
