At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2020, Netherlands's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 3.7% compared to 2019, reaching 14.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 19.4%.

Netherlands ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 0.7% (from 14.0% in 2015).
