In 2020, Slovenia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 4.3% compared to 2019, reaching 19.4%.
The figure is above the EU-27 average of 17.0%.
Slovenia ranks 10th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.
Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 12.8% (from 17.2% in 2015).
