In 2020, Slovenia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 0.8% compared to 2019, reaching 13.1%.
The figure is below the EU-27 average of 17.5%.
Slovenia ranks 23rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.
Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 16.0% (from 15.6% in 2015).
