Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2011, Sweden's main indicators increased by 24.0% compared to 2010, reaching 11.9%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 4.1%.

Sweden ranks 1st out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 59.0% (from 7.5% in 2006).
