Partnership project: Development of low-carbon public and cycling transport in BOF.
In order to implement the project, on 29.04.2016 the Agreement on the implementation of the project by the Municipalities was concluded: Białystok-Leader of the project and partners: Choroszcz, Czarna Białostocka, Dobrzyniewo Big, Juchnowiec Kościelny, Łapy, Supraśl, Wasilków, Zabłudów. About the Low-carbon economy objective
Thematic Objective 4 funds the low-carbon economy — renewable-energy capacity, energy efficiency in public buildings and housing, low-carbon urban mobility, smart grids and combined heat and power. It is the single largest climate strand of 2014–2020 Cohesion.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €22.5M toward a total project cost of €36.2M — a co-funding rate of 62%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
Kohesio is the European Commission's open-data platform for projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund and the Just Transition Fund.
