The road to vocational training and growth
The main objective of the project is to upgrade a group of unskilled workers to skilled status. The SME segment is targeted at recruiting participants from 50 companies in the SME segment.The SME segment is a priority growth driver and can help drive the Region of Zealand’s development forward. At the same time, the project will follow the individual participants all the way from counselling to actual start-up on the EUV through an individual handheld effort, thereby helping to minimise those who experience lost between the different phases and between actors. Co-funding: the EU contributes €176k toward a total project cost of €293k — a co-funding rate of 60%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
