The Institute for Medical Research and Occupational Health (IMI) is a leading national institution in the areas of public health and environmental protection with internationally recognised experts, and covers the fundamental and associated research. however, existing infrastructure, and primarily spatial, represents an insurmountable obstacle to further development. the establishment and establishment of the Danube Centre will fully reflect its multidisciplinarity and scientific, professional, innovation and educational aspects of activities.
About the Research, technological development and innovation objective
Thematic Objective 1 of the 2014–2020 Cohesion period funds research, technological development and innovation. It supports R&D infrastructure, technology transfer, business-academia partnerships and pilot lines that close the gap between scientific discovery and market application across EU regions.
