“Implementation of initial vocational education programs within Youth Guarantee”
For the implementation of the EUR13, programme for the implementation of the Prison Programme, EUR13 benefits under the Youth Guarantee (hereinafter referred to as the Youth Guarantee) with the aim of extending the implementation of initial vocational education programmes (hereinafter referred to as the educational programme) to those in prison, including the matching of the professional qualifications required for the labour market, as well as to contribute to their competitiveness in the labour market. Project implementation period is from November 16, 2015 to August 31, 2021.
About the Sustainable and quality employment objective
Thematic Objective 8 supports sustainable and quality employment — youth-employment initiatives, active labour-market policies, self-employment incentives, modernisation of public-employment services.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €21.2M toward a total project cost of €36.9M — a co-funding rate of 57%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
