The aim of the project is to modernise the public transport of the city of Paks by installing electric buses and the infrastructure serving it (electrical network extension, charging stations and smart garages). About the Low-carbon economy objective

Thematic Objective 4 funds the low-carbon economy — renewable-energy capacity, energy efficiency in public buildings and housing, low-carbon urban mobility, smart grids and combined heat and power. It is the single largest climate strand of 2014–2020 Cohesion.

Co-funding: the EU contributes €4.1M toward a total project cost of €4.8M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
