The Country of Art and History (CAH) of Tech and Ter Catalan valleys of is since 2015 an European Association of Territorial Cooperation, with an own legal structure. 5 years after obtaining the label from the French Ministry of Culture and having done an important work of professionalisation of heritage and territorial animation, the CAH can now engage in a program of actions meeting the tasks of a "Country of Art and History". About the Environment and resource efficiency objective
Thematic Objective 6 finances environment and resource efficiency — water and waste management, biodiversity protection, contaminated-site remediation, air quality, and the circular economy.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €2.9M toward a total project cost of €4.5M — a co-funding rate of 65%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
