Conversion of the Territories through the Ecological Transition
The RECOTTE project deals with the ecological transition at the local cross-border level. This issue is one of European priorities such as the Green Deal, which sets out the directions to be taken to address climate change. Although each Member State has drawn up its own National Climate Energy Plan, there are differences between territories in the application of these policies, which makes their articulation at a cross-border level complex. About the Environment and resource efficiency objective
Thematic Objective 6 finances environment and resource efficiency — water and waste management, biodiversity protection, contaminated-site remediation, air quality, and the circular economy.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €571k toward a total project cost of €952k — a co-funding rate of 60%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
Kohesio is the European Commission's open-data platform for projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund and the Just Transition Fund.
