INNOVATIVE LEAN MANAGEMENT IN HOSPITALS OF POLISH-LITHUANIAN BORDERLAND
Main objective of the project: enhancing the institutional capacity of public stakeholders (Voivodeship Hospital in Suwałki, Hospital in Mariampole and Alytus District Hospital) by increasing of cross-border cooperation of the health care institutions to develop better quality public healthcare services. Thematic Objective 11 supports more efficient public administration — capacity building of public bodies, anti-corruption measures, judicial-reform support, e-administration.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €768k toward a total project cost of €903k — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
