The aim of the project is to carry out a comprehensive thermal modernisation of thirteen buildings of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Interior and Administration located in Warsaw, Mokotów district at 137 Wołoska Street. The task consists of the following buildings: hospital A, B, C, D, E, F, I, Ł, as well as warehouse C-6, medical clinic Ł-2, office R, administrative and office S and technical and office T. About the Low-carbon economy objective

Thematic Objective 4 funds the low-carbon economy — renewable-energy capacity, energy efficiency in public buildings and housing, low-carbon urban mobility, smart grids and combined heat and power. It is the single largest climate strand of 2014–2020 Cohesion.
