The project is aimed at ensuring high-quality transport services through the acquisition and deployment of new railway vehicles on the project line Ostrava hl. n. — Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. The applicant is the carrier, the company České dráhy, a.s. The applicant is the owner of the means of transport operated in rail transport. The application for aid is submitted in connection with the conclusion of the Future Contract, aimed at the conclusion of a public service contract between ČD and the Moravian-Silesian Region.
