Management of ICT services at the Ministry of the Environment
The subject of the project is to introduce process management of computer science through the implementation of IT4IT and ITIL recommendations, implementation of the incident management tool, requirements and events in the RU department, including the fulfilment of the configuration database (CMDB) and the creation of an architectural model (EA) at the Ministry of Environment and selected departmental organisations.
