BIOCLIMATISATION PHOTOVOLTAIC SCHOOLS JAÉN
This operation involves the realisation of works in educational centers in the province of Jaén of the educational levels of children, primary and secondary that have as purpose the installation of photovoltaic electric production systems to reduce the consumption of energy from non-renewable sources, incorporating adiabatic cooling systems of very low electricity consumption, which will come from a part of the renewable energy generated by the photovoltaic installation in the buildings subject to action.
About the Low-carbon economy objective
Thematic Objective 4 funds the low-carbon economy — renewable-energy capacity, energy efficiency in public buildings and housing, low-carbon urban mobility, smart grids and combined heat and power. It is the single largest climate strand of 2014–2020 Cohesion.
EU contribution: €21.8M from the Cohesion envelope.
