Reduction of emissions from local household heating (boiler subsidies) in the South Bohemian Region III.

According to the 2011 Census, the South Bohemian Region is the second in the region in terms of the number of solid fuel boilers used for local heating of family houses, which plays a significant role in pollutant emissions. The heating of households is therefore negatively reflected in the local air quality. It is essential that the South Bohemian Region continues the proposed subsidy mechanism for replacing outdated solid fuel boilers, thus using the most effective tool available to improve air quality.
