The object of the construction is the design of a system of remotely controlled signalling equipment (DOZ) including links to existing information systems. The construction was divided into two stages for technical and time reasons: The 1st phase of the construction is solved by the DOZ in the section Ostrava Svinov – Petrovice u Karviné st. hr. and 2nd stage then solves DOZ in the section Dětmarovice – Mosty u Jablunkova st. hr. The construction does not include works and supplies relating to Bohumín-Personal Station, which are part of another construction.
