The subject of this study is a project covering investment tasks aimed at increasing the resilience of the city of Bydgoszcz to the influence of climate change and excessive amount of rainwater appearing in increasingly frequent extreme rainfall through the construction of retention reservoirs, development of small retention facilities and organization of rainwater distribution using green-blue infrastructure and nature-based solutions.
