The aim of the project is to mitigate the impacts of the transformation of the Ústí nad Labem Region to a climate-neutral economy towards an economy based on knowledge and innovation by increasing the qualification of human resources in the Ústí nad Labem Region. Research, development in the field of hydrogen technologies will be implemented and the research and educational infrastructure in the field of emission-free energy will be expanded, with a focus on simulations and virtualization, a new doctoral study program will be created and current programs will be innovated.
