The purpose of the support is to develop the skills of the working-age population based on the needs of Ida-Viru County in order to support the transition to a climate-neutral economy in the region and the diversification of the economic environment. As a result of the grant, the study opportunities in Ida-Viru County have diversified, both in vocational and higher education formal education and in-service training.
