The overall objective of the project is to improve the physical road transport infrastructure by upgrading a functional section of county interest in order to increase the accessibility of rural and urban areas located in the proximity of the TEN-T network in Galați County. The general lines of the South-East Regional Programme 2021-2027, create the premises and provide the necessary financial instruments for the continuation of the measures aimed at the economic and social development of Galati County and implicitly of the South-East region, contribute to increasing economic competitiveness …
Co-funding: the EU contributes €71.2M toward a total project cost of €72.7M — a co-funding rate of 98%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
