The general objective of the project "Developing and improving sustainable, climate-resilient, intelligent and intermodal national, regional and local mobility, including improving access to TEN-T and cross-border mobility", Action b - "Solutions to increase traffic safety", which is: "Increasing traffic safety, reducing the risk of road accidents, reducing traffic jams on secondary road links, as a priority hopes the road network and the TEN-T nodes", in the metropolitan area of Cluj Napoca.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €14.6M toward a total project cost of €14.9M — a co-funding rate of 98%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
