Regional project for the development of water and wastewater infrastructure in Dolj County, between 2014 and 2020 - Phase II
Overall objective of the project: It consists in further developing the water and wastewater infrastructure in Dolj County, by increasing the collection and treatment of urban wastewater, as well as ensuring the supply of drinking water to the population, in order to meet the requirements of the European Union’s environmental acquis and the commitments undertaken through the environmental sector, in the context of Priority 1 – Development of water and wastewater infrastructure and transition to a circular economy in the DMP. Co-funding: the EU contributes €116.8M toward a total project cost of €119.2M — a co-funding rate of 98%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
