The overall objective of the project is to invest in the district heating infrastructure of Bacău in order to reduce GHG emissions and increase energy efficiency through the rehabilitation of primary transport networks. By achieving the general objective pursued, once the funded project is implemented, it directly contributes to the objectives of the Sustainable Development Programme.
