The overall objective of the project is to increase the access of the population to efficient and qualitative rehabilitation medical services by adapting the infrastructure. In order to achieve the objective, the project proposes to: Thermal rehabilitation of Pavilions A and B, which will improve the comfort of patients and medical staff, as well as reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
