The main objective of the project is to develop capacities to provide public medical services for patients of the Institute of Oncology ‘Prof. Dr. Ion Chiricuta’ (IOCN), by modernising, extending and equipping the existing medical infrastructure, within 38 months of signing the financing contract. The Institute is an essential pillar of oncology treatment in Romania, serving an extended region. This project addresses two major challenges: 1.
