Creation and development of Kemeri National Park and North Vidzeme Biosphere Reserve nature centres to promote the environment and nature awareness in society
The aim of the project is to promote general public awareness and education about biodiversity issues, the nature protection system in Latvia, the importance and role of specially protected nature territories in nature conservation by investing in the improvement and development of the infrastructure of Kemeri National Park and North Vidzeme Biosphere Reserve nature centres (which are also tourism objects), providing modern content and methods that would promote public awareness of nature and encourage their involvement in nature conservation initiatives.
