Purpose of the project: The aim of the project is a radical reconstruction and intensification of the Stakčín water treatment plant, which provides drinking water for more than 856 000 inhabitants in the regions of Prešov and Košice. This project responds to the growing demand for high-quality drinking water and foresees an intensification of the development of public water supply systems as a result of the implementation of EU-supported water structures.
