Raising awareness, informing different audiences and encouraging greater participation in lifelong learning

The purpose of the project is to raise general awareness of the importance of learning and thus contribute to increasing the participation of adults in lifelong learning (hereinafter: LLP), improving competences for their functioning in society and responding to technological, demographic and climate change in modern society. The aim of the project is to establish new forms of coordinated events and ways of raising awareness, informing and encouraging adults to participate in LL in order to raise the visibility, importance and reputation of LL.

Co-funding: the EU contributes €3.8M toward a total project cost of €5.7M — a co-funding rate of 67%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.

Kohesio is the European Commission's open-data platform for projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund and the Just Transition Fund. It draws on lists of beneficiaries published by national managing authorities and harmonises them into a single EU-wide view.
